Me: yes, you can, just do so at the cashier
Bitchy customer: but there's a line up
Me: you can just skip the line and go to the side an ask her to put them on hold
Bitchy customer: but I don't want to wait in the line up. Can you put them on hold for me?
Note- I am busy trying to rearrange the accessories section with 30 minutes left for my shift, two pedestals to finish and a grand salon to sort out.
Me: yes, but I'm a bit busy-
Bitchy customer: I'm really in a hurry,can you put them on hold for me?
Me, after a long pause: sure, what's your name
Seriously. It blows my mind that she spent more time talking to me than it would have taken her to go, skip the line, and have the cashier put them on hold
